Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has announced its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 12th Mangsir, 2082, at Anupam Foodland, Battisputali, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM.
The AGM will endorse the proposed 5.263% dividend for FY 2080/81, as decided in the 491st Board Meeting on Ashwin 10. The proposal includes:
- 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 73.84 Crores
- 0.263% cash dividend worth Rs. 3.88 Crores (for tax purposes)
The company’s current paid-up capital stands at Rs. 14.76 Arba.

Approval of the auditor’s report, along with profit & loss, financial, and cash flow statements for FY 2081/82
Appointment of an auditor for FY 2082/83
Election of 1 director from the promoter group and 3 directors from the public shareholder group
The book closure date has been set for Kartik 17. Shareholders recorded before this date are eligible for dividend distribution and AGM participation.
