As of 2080/11/20, the Securities Board of Nepal’s Regulation Department has closely watched the Initial Public Offering (IPO) pipeline status for the fiscal year 2080/81. The Security Board of Nepal is reviewing the documents submitted by companies intending to go for an IPO. The companies listed under pipeline status will first undergo a preliminary review by SEBON to fulfill all the criteria. If the companies meet all the requirements, a final review will be conducted, and if approved, the company will receive permission to launch an IPO. The Regulation Department’s careful attention shows the board’s commitment to maintaining a strong and trustworthy investment environment.
