SWBBL Restructures Ownership

Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL), one of Nepal’s established microfinance institutions, has announced an important decision from its 464th board meeting held on 15th Bhadra, 2082.

The board has decided to convert 9% of its promoter shares into public shares. This move is aimed at balancing the company’s ownership structure and strengthening the participation of the general public in the institution.
