Siddhartha Bank's SEF, SIGS2, and SIGS3 Mutual Funds Announce Dividends for FY 2081/82

Three mutual fund schemes under Siddhartha Capital Limited — Siddhartha Equity Fund (SEF), Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme-2 (SIGS2), and Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme-3 (SIGS3) — have announced cash dividends for the fiscal year 2081/82.

In a recent board meeting, Siddhartha Capital decided to distribute:

  • 20% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 30 crore for SEF.

  • 20% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 24 crore for SIGS2.

  • 17% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 13.69 crore for SIGS3.

All three funds are closed-end mutual funds managed by Siddhartha Capital Limited, each with a maturity period of 10 years. As of the end of Ashadh, SEF reported a Net Asset Value (NAV) of Rs. 12.32 with a market price of Rs. 10.73. SIGS2 posted an NAV of Rs. 12.49 and a market price of Rs. 10.85, while SIGS3 recorded an NAV of Rs. 12.53 and a market price of Rs. 10.75. The book closure date for dividend eligibility will be announced at a later date.
