Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has declared a 4% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The decision was made during the bank’s 439th board meeting held on 21st Mangsir, 2081. The proposed cash dividend, including tax, amounts to Rs. 56.35 crores and will be distributed from the bank’s paid-up capital of Rs. 14.08 Arba.
The dividend needs approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and confirmation at the company’s next Annual General Meeting (AGM).
