Application Process
Interested bidders can collect the bid application form from Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, or from selected branch offices of Nepal Finance Limited and Prabhu Bank Limited across different locations.
The application form costs Rs—100 per set.
Bidders must clearly mention the desired number of shares and bid amount per unit in the form.
The payment should be made through a Good for Payment Cheque, a Manager’s Cheque, or via Connect IPS.
Incomplete or unclear applications will be automatically disqualified.
Important Notes for Bidders
The highest bidders will be prioritized during share allocation.
In case of equal bid amounts, shares will be distributed proportionally among applicants.
Applications failing to meet the minimum criteria will not be considered.
Nepal Finance Limited reserves the right to approve or reject applications as per rules and regulations.
