Nepal Clearing House Acquires Nepal Electronic Payment Systems

Nepal Clearing House Limited (NCHL) has officially completed the acquisition of Nepal Electronic Payment Systems Limited, following an agreement signed on Chaitra 22, 2080. 

The merger, approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and the Company Registrar, will see integrated operations commenced under the name “Nepal Clearing House Limited” from Jestha 21, 2081.
