Machhapuchchhre Bank Urges Shareholders to Claim Old Cash Dividends

Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited has issued an important notice to shareholders about unclaimed cash dividends that are over five years old.

The announcement follows a decision from the bank’s 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for fiscal year 2075/76, held on Mangsir 2, 2076.

As per the Companies Act 2063, any dividend left unclaimed for more than five years must be transferred to the Investor Protection Fund under the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
