Mabilung Energy Limited is set to issue its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public starting Shrawan 26, 2082 (August 10, 2025). The company will offer a total of 18,90,530 shares at a face value of Rs. 100 per share. These shares represent 48.99% of the company’s issued capital.
After allocating shares to Nepali citizens working abroad, project-affected locals, and mutual funds, the remaining 12,48,904 shares will be available for the general public.
