SEBON has approved Nepal Micro Insurance Company (NMIC) to issue 2,250,000 ordinary shares. NIMB Ace Capital Limited has been chosen as the manager for this share issuance.

Nepal Micro Insurance Company is a non-life insurance provider established on 27th Chaitra, 2079. The company offers micro-insurance services to low-income, underserved, and marginalized communities. It has been operating since 26th Baisakh 2080 to meet the insurance needs of these groups.

The agreement to issue the shares was signed by NMIC’s CEO, Mrigendranath Rimal, and NIMB Ace Capital’s General Manager, Sachindra Dhungana.
