Secure Your CHDC Dividends Before Deadline: Tuesday, Baishakh 18, 2081, is the last day to get money from CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited (CHDC).
From tomorrow i.e. Baisakh 19th until April 31st, the company is closing its records for a general meeting and dividend distribution.
If you’ve been trading stocks and still own some of this company’s shares by today, you can join the general meeting of the company and receive the dividend distributed by the company.
The company’s meeting is on Monday, Baisakh 31, starting at 8 am at Newa Bambo Cottage, Harisiddhi, Lalitpur.
The meeting will pass a special resolution to distribute bonus shares at the rate of 11 percent and cash dividends at the rate of 0.5789 percent of the current paid-up capital (हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजी) for two financial years.
They’ll also talk about changing some rules, picking new directors, hiring auditors, and other important stuff.
The general meeting will also pass resolutions authorizing the Board of Directors to amend the rules and regulations (प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावली), electing directors, approving the appointment of independent directors, appointing auditors, etc.
