Prabhu Bank Calls for General Meeting: The annual general meeting of Prabhu Bank will be held on 20th Basiakh 2081 at the central office in Babarmahal, Kathmandu at 10 am.
During the meeting, there will be discussions on the annual report, the profit and loss of the bank, and the cash flow of the previous financial year. Prabhu Bank has stated that they will not be distributing dividends from the profit for the previous financial year 2079/80. This meeting will hold an assembly for the appointment of an auditor for this year.
The bank has announced that only the shareholders who own their shares till the 3rd of Baisakh will be able to participate in the meeting because the book will be closed for the 4th of Baisakh 2081 for the general meeting.
