Sarbottam Cement Announces Dividend Distribution (लाभांश वितरण), the company has called a general meeting on Baishak 12 to pass the agendas including dividend distribution. The company has proposed distributing a 15 percent cash dividend from last year’s profit.
The meeting will be held at Siddhartha Vilasa-Bhairahawa, Lumbini, Nepal. The company has announced that this dividend will be distributed after the next general meeting passes it.
The book will be closed for one day on Friday, the 30th of Chaitra, for the general meeting and dividend distribution by Sarbottam Cement.
The dividend distributed by the company will only be paid to shareholders who retain their shares until Thursday, the 29th of Chaitra.
