Shrijanshil Laghubitta’s 5th AGM: Key Agendas and Merger Plans

The 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shrijanshil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SHLB) has been scheduled for the 32nd of Shrawan, 2081. The meeting will occur at Vinayak Hotel, Bardibas, Mahottari, beginning at 11:00 am.

The AGM will address the following agendas:

1. To approve the financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80.
2. To approve the auditor’s report, which includes profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3. To appoint the auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4. Election of a director from the public shareholding group.
5. Finding an appropriate microfinance firm in Nepal for a merger or purchase
