Nepal Clearing House Limited (NCHL) has officially completed the acquisition of Nepal Electronic Payment Systems Limited, following an agreement signed on Chaitra 22, 2080.�
The merger, approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and the Company Registrar, will see integrated operations commenced under the name “Nepal Clearing House Limited” from Jestha 21, 2081.
