Sanima Capital Launches New Open-Ended Mutual Fund ‘Sanima Flexi Fund’

Sanima Capital Limited has officially announced the issue of its new open-ended mutual fund scheme, Sanima Flexi Fund, on 6th Falgun 2081. The initial subscription period will close on 11th Falgun 2081, but if the fund is not fully subscribed, it may be extended until 20th Falgun 2081.

This is the first open-ended mutual fund scheme introduced under Sanima Mutual Fund, following approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on 2nd Magh 2081.

Key Features of Sanima Flexi Fund

  • Fund Size: Rs. 1 Arba (10 crore unit shares)
  • First Phase Issue: 4 crore units worth Rs. 40 crores
  • Sponsor Allocation: 1.3 crore units (13%), worth Rs. 13 crores (Sanima Bank Limited)
  • Scheme Manager Allocation: 20 lakh units (2%), worth Rs. 2 crores (Sanima Capital Limited)
  • General Public Allocation: 2.5 crore units, worth Rs. 25 crores
  • Minimum Investment: 100 units
  • Maximum Investment: 40,00,000 units

How to Invest?

Since Sanima Flexi Fund is an open-ended mutual fund, its units will not be listed on the stock exchange. Instead, investors can buy and sell fund units directly through Sanima Capital and its designated distributors as per the Mutual Fund Regulation, 2067.
