Prabhu Cable Car and Tourism Limited is issuing an IPO (Initial Public Offering) to the general public worth NPR. 30 crore. Kumari Capital has been appointed as the sales and issue manager for this Upcoming IPO. Bhoj Kumar Khadka, the Chairman of Prabhu Cable Car, and Pushpa Sharma, the CEO of Kumari Capital signed the agreement.
The company has also invested in hydropower, agriculture, tourism, various manufacturing industries, and adventure tourism sectors.
Prabhu Cable Car has invested in three cable car projects. One of them is the Siddhartha Cable Car where the company is the main investor, this project connects Rishi Kaldev Ashram in Butwal to Nuwakot Gadhi in Palpa and has been in commercial operation since last October.
This cable car operates from Deurali Danda near Phulbari Park in Butwal to Nuwakot in Palpa, passing by historical sites like King Manimukunda Sen’s palace, Kamana Bhairav Temple, and Colonel Ujir Singh’s statue.
The company plans to develop cable car projects at Badimalika Temple in Bajura, Sudurpaschim Province, and Ichhakamana Temple in Chitwan soon.
