Guardian Micro Life Insurance IPO Allotment Results for Nepalese Abroad Published

The IPO allotment result for Guardian Micro Life Insurance, for Nepalese residing abroad, has been published today, Monday, Poush 8, 2081.

Guardian Micro Life Insurance launched its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for Nepalese abroad from Mangsir 19 to Poush 3. The company reserved 2,25,000 units of shares, worth Rs. 2 crores 25 lakh, for Nepalese working abroad. Applicants were allowed to apply for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 1,00,000 units at the fixed price of Rs. 100 per share.

A total of 47,663 applicants applied for the IPO, of which 22,500 were allotted shares, while 25,163 applicants were not. This indicates that each applicant was allotted 10 units, as the number of applicants exceeded the available shares. After this allotment results Guardian Micro Life Insurance will issue an IPO for the General Public in Nepal.
