Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWMF) will hold its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Shrawan 32, 2081, at Lubhu Party Palace & Catering Service, Lubhu, Lalitpur, starting at 12:30 pm.
AGM Agendas:
- Approve the financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/2080.
- From the paid-up capital of Rs. 91,54,55,463, approve a distribution of bonus shares worth Rs. 12,82,10,853.72 (14.005143%). Shareholders will pay the dividend tax. This includes modifying the organization’s articles of association, making any necessary changes for fractional shares, and issuing more FPO shares along with bonus shares in all capital categories.
- Approve the auditor’s report, including profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
- Identify eligible microfinance organizations for merger or acquisition, perform due diligence, and approve the Board of Directors to carry out the necessary merger or acquisition processes.
