NLG Insurance Company Limited’s 18th Annual General Meeting held on 2080/11/03, approved a 5.50 percent bonus share distribution. These shares have been listed and registered with the Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd. and CDS and Clearing Ltd., allowing them to be traded electronically.
Additionally, shareholders whose shares were dematerialized by 2080/10/24 have had their bonus shares deposited into their beneficiary accounts. For those who dematerialized their shares after this date, the bonus shares are being gradually deposited. Shareholders who have not yet dematerialized their shares can do so to receive their bonus shares in their beneficiary accounts.
