Nepal Infrastructures Investment Fund (NIIF) has signed an agreement with Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited (LS Capital) for its upcoming IPO. LS Capital has been appointed as the process advisor.
Bijaya Lal Shrestha, CEO of LS Capital, and Dr. Manish Thapa, Executive Chairman of NIIF, signed the agreement.
