Barahi Hydropower Public Limited (BHPL) has announced its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 18th Ashwin, 2081, at Gaurav Event, Kalanki, Kathmandu, starting at 8 AM.
AGM will discuss the following key agendas:
- Financial statements for the fiscal year 2080/81 will be approved.
- The AGM will Approve the auditor’s report, including profit and loss statements, financial statements, and cash flow statements.
- Appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
- Authorization of the Board of Directors to take all necessary steps regarding the issuance and management of rights offerings.
The book closure date is set for Ashwin 10, meaning that shareholders who have maintained their shares before this date will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
