SEBON Adds Two Mutual Fund Schemes Under Preliminary Review

The Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) has included two new mutual fund schemes RBB Focus 40 and Citizens Santulit Yojana in its pipeline for preliminary review.

RBB Focus 40

  • Type: Closed-end mutual fund scheme
  • Fund Size: Rs. 1 Arba (10 Crore units at Rs. 10 per unit)
  • Fund Manager: RBB Merchant Banking Limited
  • Fund Sponsor: Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited
  • Application Submission Date: Poush 14

Citizens Santulit Yojana

  • Type: Closed-end mutual fund scheme
  • Fund Size: Rs. 1 Arba (10 Crore units at Rs. 10 per unit)
  • Fund Manager: Citizens Capital Limited
  • Fund Sponsor: Citizens Bank International
  • Application Submission Date: Poush 19

Both schemes aim to provide investors with diversified investment opportunities in Nepal’s growing financial market. They are currently under SEBON’s review process, and further updates will be provided after regulatory approval.
