The 14.9 MW Hewa Khola “A” Hydropower Project in Panchthar, promoted by PPCL and financed by Sanima Bank, faced flood damage on 2080/03/02 and 2081/06/10. Reconstruction is ongoing with additional co-financing loans. The project aims to restart operations by 2081/06/15, and the company continues to meet its loan repayment obligations. - Book Closure Date:
The company has announced the book closure date as 11th Magh, 2081. Investors who maintain shares before this date are eligible to participate in the AGM.
