NMB Capital Limited has announced the issuance of its closed-end mutual fund scheme, “NMB Hybrid Fund L-II”. The issue will open for subscription from 24th Magh to 28th Magh, 2081. If it is not fully subscribed by the early closing date, the subscription period will extend until 8th Falgun 2081.
Allocation and Units
A total of 12 crore units will be issued under this scheme.
- 1% (12 lakh units) worth Rs. 1.2 crore is allocated to the scheme manager, NMB Capital Limited.
- 14% (1.68 crore units) worth Rs. 16.80 crore is reserved for the fund sponsor, NMB Bank Limited.
- The remaining 10.2 crore units, worth Rs. 1.02 Arba, will be available for the general public and institutions.
Application Details
Investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 1.2 crore units.
