Asian Life Insurance Opens Rights Issue | Apply from Ashar 25 to Shrawan 13, 2082

Asian Life Insurance Company Limited, one of Nepal’s established life insurers, has opened its rights share issue (Rights Offering) for existing shareholders. The issue began on 25th Ashadh 2082 (July 9, 2025) and closed on 13th Shrawan 2082 (July 27, 2025) during banking hours.

Rights Offering Details

• Ratio: 1:0.42 (For every 1 share held, shareholders can apply for 0.42 shares)
  
• Issue Volume: 1,42,79,312.48 units of ordinary shares
  
• Par Value: NPR 100 per share
  
• Eligible Shareholders: The book closure date is 2082/02/16. Shareholders who held shares until this date are eligible to apply.
• LTP: NPR 499.41

Eligible shareholders can apply:

1. Online via MeroShare (C-ASBA System)
   
2. Through ASBA-participating banks and financial institutions

Important Notes for Shareholders

Applicants can send their filled application form and account payee draft (in the name of Muktinath Capital Ltd.) by courier or post before the last date. Forms received more than 7 days after the deadline will not be accepted. Shareholders should apply only for the shares they are eligible for (1:0.42). Applications that are late or not properly filled out will be rejected.
