The Public Procurement Monitoring Office has blacklisted 20 contractor companies due to unsatisfactory work. These companies are now banned from participating in any public procurement activities during the blacklisting period.
Among the blacklisted companies is Bharat Construction, based in Dehradun, India. The Road Supervision and Monitoring Office of the Road Department, Gaighat-Diktel Road Project in Udayapur, recommended this company for blacklisting. As a result, the Public Procurement Monitoring Office, under the Prime Minister’s Office, has blacklisted Bharat Construction for three years. The company is led by Rajiv Garg.
Other blacklisted companies include Siddhi Sai Prakash Construction Pvt. Ltd. in Kshetrapati, Devnarayan Pawan/Mainachuli/Khampache JV in Sifal, Adventure Construction Pvt. Ltd. in Chitwan, Jayabagheswar Mata Construction Pvt. Ltd. in Nepalgunj, Barah Construction Services, and Subas Construction Services in Surkhet.
