Shree Sasha Engineering Hydropower has appointed NIMB Ace Capital as the Issue and Sales Manager for its IPO of 2,500,000 ordinary shares, which represents 20% of its issued capital. Pavitra Kumar Karki, Chairman of Sasha Engineering Hydropower, and Shivant Bahadur Pande, CEO of NIMB Ace Capital, signed the agreement in the presence of other key stakeholders.
Sasha Engineering Hydropower, established in 2007, is building a 30-megawatt hydropower plant, which is 95% complete. The project is located in Dolakha and uses water from Khani Khola. The Nepal Electricity Authority and the company have a power purchase agreement in place.
