IME Limited has scheduled its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the 24th of Mangsir, 2081. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 4 PM at the Company Registrar’s office in Panipokhari, Kathmandu.
The main agendas of the AGM include:
- Approval of the annual report.
- Approval of the auditor’s report for the fiscal year 2080/81, including profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
- Selection of the auditor and setting their payment for the fiscal year 2081/82.
- Election of the board of directors.
- Distribution of dividends to shareholders.
- Issuance of an Upcoming IPO to the public.
- Approval of amendments to the company’s rules and regulations.
